  • What are your hours of operation?

  • Where is your facility located?

    We are located at 85 Mystic Ave in Medford, Massachusetts.

  • How do I go about getting a quote for a fence?

    Kindly call us at 781 391 8264 or email at salesteam@McDonoughFence.com, and we will set up a time for a member of our knowledgeable sales team to meet you at your site to discuss your needs.



  • Is a down payment required to schedule my fence installation?

    Yes, we require 50% down on all fence projects. The deposit goes toward the materials cost that we use to custom-build your fence.



  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    For payments, we accept cash, checks, credit cards (with the exception of American Express).

  • What if I don’t know exactly where to put the fence?

    If you do not have clearly defined lot lines, you will need to have a land survey done to determine exactly where your lot ends and your neighbors begin. Questions about where the fence should be placed in the context of your home and yard can be discussed with your salesperson who can share insight from their many years of experience.

  • What happens to the fence that I am replacing?

    W.J. McDonough fence installation team will remove your existing fence and take it away.

  • Is it possible to have a fence made that isn’t on the website?

    Yes, in most cases, we can build to your specific requirements. Our sales team will be happy to discuss your ideas and create a design to fit your unique needs.

  • Does W. J. McDonough Fence have liability insurance?

    Yes, W. J. McDonough Fence is fully insured. We carry commercial general liability, workers’ compensation, employer’s liability, and commercial umbrella coverage.

  • Do you sell materials for the do-it-yourselfer?

    Yes, we have a full line of materials to purchase and install yourself.
